All booking and scheduling will take place between Shango Rei and The Client via email. Clients may redeem one session a day, unless there is a special request that has been granted by Shango Rei. Once any session time has been redeemed there are NO REFUNDS afterwards. Refunds can only be granted BEFORE the Client redeems their first session.
